@JR Moreau- I think there is a shift from our grandparents' generation to ours that allow our early twenties to be this time of "finding ourselves." For some reason, however, guys seem to be stuck in this time longer than women. From my observations (and the Newsweek article as well), many of my girlfriends are overly ambitious, while many of the guys I know don't have the same professional goals. This will probably change as we get older and mature, but as of now, I think this idea of "guyland" exists- and is reinforced in our media. I agree- the best is when everyone is on the same playing field!

I can agree that a modern, professional, Gen Y woman can be intimidating, but in a great way. Although I find people who base their lives off of superficial characters like the ones on Sex in the City aren't so attractive, there's nothing better than talking and building with a go-getter, be it a woman or man.</description>
